ABOUT VILLA ARCHI

CONTEXT

Villa Gli Archi is a charming house in a typical mountain village (850 m) in Garfagnana, north of Lucca.

From the two terraces you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Apuan mountains and the private pool. Near the village of Massa Sassorosso there is  "Orecchiella National Park" and the peak of  "Pania di Corfino" mountain, excellent starting point for many excursions.

INTERIOR

The big villa, beautifully renovated respecting the original style and furnished with fine details and antique furniture, is divided over 3 floors. On the first floor there is a living room with an old fireplace. From this room you have access to the first terrace, equipped for outdoor dining. On this floor there is also a large kitchen with dining table and a fireplace and a toilet. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath, another bedroom with three single beds and private bathroom with shower. From both rooms you have access to the second terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast with the spectacular panorama of the Apuan mountains. On the lower floor there is a living room with fireplace sofa and table, a room with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. Another room of the house is reserved for the laundry.

OUTSIDE

Outside you can enjoy a scenic walled garden with swimming pool (5,50m x 7,50m x 1,60m) and solarium with deck chairs, umbrella table and barbecue. Parking is free and located in the parking square of the village, 150m from the house.
